Illinois Artstour information

The Illinois Arts Council's Artstour program helps bring community organizations and Illinois performers and other artists together by paying as much of as 50% of the artists' appearance fees.

The Artstour Program has been used by libraries, park districts, school organizations, traditional presenters, senior citizen centers, hospitals, festivals, local arts agencies and community organizations.
